ReEnergizing the Corporation, How leaders make change happen
One Day Masterclass in Change Leadership
Change is everywhere, you can only try to reduce or produce it. In reality there is only one choice. Being a master of leading change is the core competence for all executives and department managers serious about their futures and that of their business.
‘3E Leadership’, the core of ReEnergizing, is an inclusive leadership approach, enabling people to change using their strengths whilst contributing to a clearly articulated challenge, and committing to making things happen. Why work against your staff when you can work with them to make your organisation different and better?
Mark Wilcox has over 25 years experience in leadership development and talent management in international roles for companies such as Nestlé and Sony. In Sony he ran an internal consultancy supporting organisational change across 23 countries in Europe. Mark now teaches change management at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom for Cranfield’s MSc programme. He is now a consultant in demand as both an adviser, facilitator and conference speaker on leadership, change and talent management.. Mark is co -author of “ReEnergizing the Corporation, how leaders make change happen”. The book is published in 12 languages.
